The Team High Road Women (UCI Code: TMP) are a professional cycling team based in Germany that competes in elite road bicycle racing and track cycling events. Prior to 2008, the team was named T-Mobile Women and High Road also sponsors an elite men's professional team known as Team High Road. The Team High Road Women competed in events for the UCI Women's Road World Cup. On June 15th 2008 Columbia Sportswear announced a three year sponsorship of the team beginning on July 5th, which is the start of the Tour de France for the mens side of team. The team's new name is "Team Columbia".
