Frank Morris (born in Dublin on ? - 2006Fact|date=June 2008) was an Irish soccer player.
Morris was an inside-right forward who played for Bohemians in the 1940s. He played in the FAI Cup finals in 1945 and 1947 but was a losing finalist on both occasions. He captained Bohemians during the 1948/49 season. His brothers Paul and John also played in the famous red and black colours of Bohemians.
