Formed 2002 based in Pinewood Studios studios in England, Digi-guys worked on CGI, video game and broadcast projects for high-profile international clientele. In 2005 they grew and expanded to a bigger and more advanced studio to fit their needs in Ealing studios at the heart of the entertainment industry in west London. Digi-Guys are also a subsidiary of Ignition Entertainment and early adopters of the U.K based Quantel IQ system and Sony's HDCAM SR format further solidifying their emphasis on a digital work environment. The company is now rebranded as Ignition London and is part of the UTV group.
Ignition shut its London development studio on October 31, 2010, laying off an undisclosed number of staff.[1]
