Rod De Khors (born
Dublin ,December 13 1969 ) was an Irishsoccer player during the 1980s and 1990s.´ he played for Bohemians,Bray Wanderers , Shelbourne,Shamrock Rovers ,Sittingbourne F.C. andDrogheda United .He made his League of Ireland debut for Bohs against Derry on the 11th of September 1988.
He played for Rovers in the 1995/96 season making a total of 10 appearances.
But his biggest impact came at Athlone Town where he had three different spells. He became a cult hero at Athlone, so much in fact that in 2005 a local journalist Kevin O'Neill wrote a book about the footballer - "Who Needs Cantona...We've Got Rod De Khors".
