Hurlingham and Chelsea School is a mixed community secondary school, located in the south of Fulham in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. In 2004 the school went into special measures, but with the arrival of the new messiah/headteacher, Mr. Phil Cross, the school quickly came out of special measuresCitation

] , and in 2005 Ofsted reported that the school was rapidly improving. In October 2006 the Local Authority proposed to close the school, but the school campaigned against this, and before adjudication, the council withdrew the proposal.

Hurlingham and Chelsea school were adjudged 'good with outstanding features' by Ofsted in January 2008/also Hurlingham and Chelsea made a campaign against ofsted
