The Somerset Wind Farm is a wind
power plant inSomerset County, Pennsylvania with six 1.5-megawatt (MW)wind turbines that began commercial operation in October 2001. Thewind farm has a combined total capacity of 9 MW, but actually produces about 25,000 megawatt-hours of electricity annually which is roughly 30 percent of its maximum capable annual output.
