Karl Baedeker (scientist)

Karl Baedeker (ca. 1877 – 1914) was a German scientist.

One of his scientific discoveries was that the resistivity of cuprous iodide (CuI) depended on its stoichiometry.

Baedeker was killed in action during World War I.
