It is a quality restaurant that is awarded one or more Michelin stars from 1995 to present. It carried one star in the period 1995-1998[1][2], two stars in the period 1999-2002[3][4], one star again in 2003[5], again two stars in 2004 and 2005[6] and three stars since 2006.[7][8][9]
The chef is Sergio Herman.
The restaurant appears from 2003 in the list of The S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants. Its first ranking was place 40, the ranking for 2011 was 17.[10]
Since 2008 they also run guest house Casa Chico y Luna in Sint Anna ter Muiden, as service for guest.[11]
