Jennifer Ayache

Jennifer Ayache, singer with Superbus, was born on November 9, 1983 in Cannes. She is the daughter of Chantal Lauby and former football player William Ayache.

Like her mother, Jennifer could have become a comedian, but became impassioned with music from childhood, beginning with the drums at age 7, moving to the guitar at 13, and finally the piano a little later.

She lived in the United States of America between 14 and 15 years old to study and learn English. She was inspired by Gwen Stefani of No Doubt, and discovered 1950s swing music, as well as the sounds of the 1960s, such as the Beach Boys.

After returning to France, with many musical compositions, she sought to assemble a group, and after her mother arranged a meeting with Michel Giovannetti they formed Superbus (named after searching a Latin dictionary). Oiginally, they would call themsleves 'Twiggy', but they found that this name is already in use. They have had three hit albums to date: "Aeromusical", "Pop'n'gum", and most recently, WowIt is also apparent that Superbus is on studio for their fourth album.Jennifer Ayache appeared in the film La Cité de la peur.
