Lonnie Quinn (b.
August 9 1963 ,Cheshire, Connecticut ) is the chief weathercaster onWCBS-TV . Quinn also serves as substitute weather anchor for CBS News'The Early Show and current weather anchor for The Saturday Early Show.Career
Quinn joined CBS 2 in April 2007. He came to WCBS from
WTVJ-TV (NBC 6) inMiami , where he served as the weather anchor on “Today in South Florida” and won an Emmy award for "Best on Air Talent." Boston College with a magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in speech communications. He holds aFederal Aviation Administration certificate inmeteorology and currently works on his formal meteorological training.Acting
