Juliet Glass (born 1968) is a writer and food critic, currently residing in
Minneapolis . She is the daughter ofJoAnne Akalaitis andPhilip Glass . She has contributed articles toElle ,Minnesota Monthly ,Food Arts and theNew York Times . She received a B.A. in history fromReed College in 1992, and went on to study history at theJohns Hopkins University before moving to Minneapolis.
