Brian Kekovich is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

Kekovich made his debut for the Carlton Football Club in Round 1, 1967. He was an integral part of the 1968 Grand Final team. He sought treatment for his back following the game and was advised to retire from the game immediately or risk becoming permanently paralysed.

Brian is the older brother of former AFL Nor and AFL Col player Sam Kekovich.
