Mitchell Bailey (born December 31, 1988 in Manchester) is a professional football midfielder who plays for Mossley.

Bailey started his career with Huddersfield Town. On April 20, 2007, then manager Andy Ritchie promoted him and 3 other members of Town's academy to the first team squad, following excellent performances for the academy and reserve teams.

After being released by new Town manager Stan Ternent, Bailey moved to Conference North side Hyde United on August 7, but on September 19, he left to join Mossley, making his debut as a substitute in the match against Garforth Town the following day.
