Herzliya ,Israel byflight instructor s. SimiGon began marketing its productAirBook in 1998 to air forces around the world [Globe Online. January 22, 2000. Once the company went public in December of 2006 on theLondon Stock Exchange , it began to branch out and market the software application on which theAirBook was created.
