Adam Watene is an English rugby league player. He currently plays as a prop for Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.

Adam is also the brother of Frank Watene who plays for Halifax RLFC

In 2005 Adam helped the Castleford Tigers gain promotion to super league. Watene was singed by Brian Noble in 2006 for the bradford bulls but only spent one year. And left for the Wakefield Trinity wildcats. In 2007 Adam was one of wakefield's best players but only scoring one try.

He will be hoping to be one of the best players again and have a successful season in 2008.
