West Perth Football Club

The West Perth Falcons is the oldest existing Australian rules football club in Western Australia. [http://www.fullpointsfooty.net/west_perth_(1).htm] It competes in the West Australian Football League. Originally located in Leederville, they now reside at Arena Joondalup, a sports complex in the northern suburbs of Perth. Their traditional rivals are East Perth.

Home Ground: The Arena, Joondalup (formerly at Leederville Oval)

Colours: Cardinal Red and Blue

Nickname: Falcons (formerly Cardinals), Garlic Munchers

Record Home Attendance: 24,567 v East Perth on 26th August 1978 (at Leederville) (Although it is believed this was broken in the last game at Leederville in 1993 when the gates were opened)
