Daresbury contains a number of listed buildings. In the conservation area

*All Saints' church, Daresbury LaneGrade II*. This parish church was rebuilt in 1871 retaining the 16th century tower. It is built in red sandstone with a slate roof. All windows are generally in the perpendicular style and contain stained glass.
*Sessions house, Chester RoadGrade II. This is a former sessions house dated 1841 which is now used by the adjoining public house. It is built in red brick with a slate roof, in one storey with three bays. The middle bay has a plastered recess containing a tablet with a Latin inscription giving the purpose and date of the building.
*Telephone kiosk, Chester RoadGrade II. A telephone box of type K6 which was designed in 1935. It is made in cast iron and is painted red.

*Daresbury HallGrade II*. This is a former mansion dated 1759. It is built in brown brick with a slate roof in three storeys and three bays. It incorporates a stone plinth and floor bands, rusticated giant pilasters and matching stone quoins.
*Black Jane farm house, Newton LaneGrade II. This farm house is dated 1729. It is constructed in brown brick with a slate roof. It has two storeys and five bays with later additions to the gables. It includes stone flush quoins and a timber doorcase.
*George Gleave's bridgeGrade II. This accommodation bridge dates from around 1772 and crosses the Bridgewater Canal. It is built in red brick with ashlar sandstone dressings and consists of a single span segmental arch.
