FEXTICUM

FEXTICUM is a Peruvian festival created in 1973 by Professor Limberg Chero Ballena. The Cultural Typical Fair of Exhibitions from Monsefú - FEXTICUM (acronym in Spanish)- kept with pride and commitment the cultural values of his town. The FEXTICUM is a unique social phenomenon in Peru that has originated numerous studies and publications at a worldwide level.
