Personality And Traits

An extremely bad-mouthed girl full of vitality, Festenia Muse loves to openly tease people and see their reaction. She's secretly insecure, however, though she usually puts on a smile, and acts as if the events that surround her are alright, while trying to overcome her insecurity with some form of cheerfulness. She claims she feels insecure about her height, noting that both Katia and Melua are taller than her, and in the meantime, mentioning she has the smallest chest size out of her friends.Due to her brash personality, she is often at ends with Katia when differences arise, which escalates to a point where Melua needs to break things up between them. She also didn't think much of Touya at first, chiding him for his aversion to fighting.Eating is one of her favorite hobbies, and her companions often advise her to mix vegetables with whatever she eats. As an inside joke, Kouji Kabuto of Mazinger Z earned a slap from her, when asked where all the food she eats ends up.

As a sub-pilot, Festenia has the ability to interface with Cytron Control System, a piece of Fury technology that enhances a mech's performance in various ways. In Festenia's case, the unit's base damage for its weapons are increased, and the chance to score a critical hit is heightened.

History

When El-Selda Shun decided to defect from the Fury, in hopes of saving humanity, he broke Festenia, Katia and Melua from their confinement on the moon, stealing one of the mobile machines. However due to their poor piloting abilities, they could not escape far enough without being caught. In the end, they crashed near the protagonist's whereabouts (in Touya's route, they would crash land in his school during one of Dr. Hell's attacks; in Calvina's route, they would appear while the Nadesico is engaged in combat). Noting the machine's reaction to the chosen protgaonist, the girls persuade on Touya/Calvina to pilot the machine, while one of them would become the sub-pilot. From this point on, the player would have the ability to decide which of the three girls will become Touya's/Calvina's sub-pilot, whenever the mech is sortied out to battle.
