The plant has stems that stand at 10 to 30 cm high and bear single, white
flower s that are two cm in diameter, and bear six ellipticaltepals , and, as in most members of its genus, it's leaves are divided into three lanceolate segments and form groups of single whorls of three leaves per stem. Therhizome , found directly below surface is whitish, and tends to form dense groups of individuals.References
