Eamon Zayed (born
4 October 1983 inDublin ) is an Irish footballer of Libyan descent who currently plays forDrogheda United F.C. [http://www.droghedaunited.ie/player/index/id/6] .He scored the fastest hat-trick ever by a
Bray Wanderers player against Dundalk in 2003 within a nine-minute spell from the 7th to the 16th minute [http://www.rte.ie/sport/soccer/2003/0423/eircom1.html] . He made his international debut for the Irish U-20s team against Korea in January 2003. He then made his U-21 debut for Ireland against Poland in a 5-1 away win in August 2003. He also played in all four of Ireland's FIFA World Youth Cup matches in December 2003. He was transferred to Drogheda from Bray in Summer2006 . He was Drogheda's top scorer last year as they won theFAI Premier Division . In 2006 Zayed went to kenya to volunteer. He has 5 children, named Thomas, Merry, Gandolph, Frodo and Pippin Zayed the oldest aged 7.Honours
