Apocalyptica and performed in both of it's 2008 USWorlds Collide Tours. In September 2008 Toryn announced he will begin working on his first lead role in a feature film in late 2008/early 2009.Toryn was raised in Alaska, where he graduated from Colony High School. Green played to thousands at a festival in Beijing in late 2005 with the band Something to Burn, and the band recorded an EP entitled 'The Incinerator', which was released in April 2006. Green has also written and performed with another band entitled Patience Worth. Audio of his work with his previous bands is available on MySpace. He once represented America in the Worldwide Battle of the Bands with STB held in Hong Kong.
Hearing about the open website auditions for Fuels' new lead singer from a friend, Green recorded and submitted his version of the song "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)" two hours after hearing about the audition. [LA Ink, 2007-10-30 episode] He co-wrote "Halos Of The Son" with Jeff Abercrombie and former "Patience Worth" bandmate, Ryan Giles, and released it on their album "

LA Ink , Green received anambigram tattoo from Kim Saigh on his left forearm. Both of Toryn's Ambigram tattoos (Angel/Devil and Sinner/Saint) were designed by Ambigram Artist Mark Palmer of WowTattoos.Toryn performed the national anthem for the NASCAR Championship race in Holmstead Florida in the fall of 2007.
