"Southern Sun" is a song produced by Paul Oakenfold and released on his 2002 album "Bunkka" and as a single. It features vocals by Carla Werner. Remixes by DJ Tiësto appear on the single release and on Tiësto's album "" of the same year.

The song was promoted with a video that tells the story of a fashion model. The model faints during an outdoor photo session, then walks away from the session into a forest. There she recovers her lost youth and then travels into outer space in a scene reminiscent of "".

"Ready Steady Go" was also used in Saab commercials, the EA Sports game "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003", the THQ game "Juiced", the pilot for the television program "Las Vegas", NASCAR theme song for 2006, Fastlane episode "Dogtown" and the "Alias" episode "Snowman". In an earlier episode, "The Imposter", of "Radio Free Roscoe", a 2005 series on The N, a character Travis Strong DJed to the song (obviously acting as if it were his own). It has more recently been used in the film adaptation of Anthony Horowitz's novel "Stormbreaker".

"Ready, Steady, Go" also appears in the film "The Bourne Identity" when Jason Bourne is attempting to elude the French authorities as they are chasing him in their vehicles. It also appears in "Collateral", in the club Fever scene though this is a reproduced version with Korean lyrics and vocals. It appears in the video game series Dance Dance Revolution in "DDR Ultramix" for the Xbox. It appears in a commercial for Saab, and is featured on the soundtrack for the EA Sports video game "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003". It also appears in the film "Stormbreaker", based on Anthony Horowitz's novel of the same name, and in the TV show "Alias", when Sydney and Noah attempt to steal a hard drive, and a sample of the song is played through Marshall's stereo. The song served as the theme song for the TV show "TRL Italy" from 2003 until 2005.
