Criminal Sexual Conduct

Criminal Sexual Conduct refers to criminal activities with a sexual component. This more modern catchall term encompasses rape, sexual battery, molestation, and so on. In some states, criminal sexual conduct is charged by degree, e.g., first degree, second degree.
