Charles Dillon, 10th Viscount Dillon, was an Irish peer.
He succeeded in 1733 to the French title of Count Dillon, granted to his father, the Honourable Arthur Dillon, in 1711 by Louis XIV and also to the Jacobite peerages of "Viscount and Baron Dillon" (1717) and "Earl of Dillon" (1721) granted by James Stuart, the Old Pretender. He succeeded his cousin as 10th titular Viscount Dillon of Costello Gallen in 1737, although this title remained under attainder between 1690 and 1767.
