The Troy Public library is an old library public library building in the city of Troy, New York, and is located near across the street from Russell Sage College in downtown Troy. The library also oversees libraries in two other locations. The first library began in 1799. The current building was completed in 1897 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
