The Yellowknife Real Estate Board represents the member brokers and sales persons of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
Territorial associations
At present, no territorial association exists for the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
As a result of the 1999 separation, each territory becomes responsible for the licensing of real estate agents in their respective territories. However, both territories share the same statute governing the licensing of real estate agents.
