Angela V. Shelton (born 5 December 1970) is an American comedian and actress. Her television credits include "Mr. Show with Bob and David", "Grounded for Life", and "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody". She is also the voice of the bonus villain Calypso in the "Spider-Man 2 video game". She is also one half of the duo Frangela, the other half being Frances Callier.

Biography

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Shelton was introduced to Frances Callier in Chicago, and would later become "Frangela" and create the animated TV series, "Hey Monie!", which appeared on BET. Shelton was an original cast member of the Second City Detroit comedy troupe that opened in September 15, 1993. Other notable cast members are Larry Joe Campbell and Keegan-Michael Key. After leaving Detroit she spent time on the Main Stage at The Toronto and Chicago Second City theaters.
