Ivan Vishnevskiy (born February 18, 1988 in Barnaul, Russian S.F.S.R., U.S.S.R.) is an ice hockey player currently with the Dallas Stars' organisation.

Playing career

Vishnevskiy plays as a defenceman and was selected 27th overall in the first round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Dallas Stars. He is currently playing for the Peoria Rivermen in the American Hockey League. He was Rouyn-Noranda's second pick in the 2005 CHL Import Draft and was selected for the 2006 Top Prospects game.
