Karen Karch

Karen Karch, the jewelry designer and entrepreneur is the founder of the New York City boutique that bears her name. Her work has, since the debut of her first collection, in 1989, been carried by some of the world's finest stores, including Barneys New York, Barneys Japan and Fred Segal Los Angeles.

An innovator and artist, Karen Karch is inspired by history, culture and the natural world, as her designs pay homage to the Victorian, Gothic, Art Deco, American Indian art and to nature. Karch's signature "Lucky Horn" motif blends precious metals and fashioned stones of Canadian jade, Tiger's Eye or pavé diamonds into pendants of contrasting moods. She is also known for her weathered precious metal and bezel-set tiara and claw-set "Desire" engagement rings and offering of black diamond engagement and wedding rings.

Karch's unique style is evident in the bangle bracelets, earrings and necklaces across her collections and in her varying combinations of platinum, white, rose and yellow 18 karat gold, silver and diamonds the color of Cognac and Champagne.

From the comfort of her eponymous boutique, Karen Karch offers couture services, collaborating with clients to create one-of-a-kind designs.
