Pojana Maggiore (Poiana Maggiore) is a town and "comune" in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, Italy. It is the site of Villa Pojana of the famous architect Andrea Palladio .The town has reputation for its agriculture . The famous Italian family Andretto calls it their home . It is bounded by other communes of Noventa Vincetina and Montagnana.

Pojana Maggiore has a population of 4.216 inhabitants (Poianesi) and a surface of 28,5 square kilometers thus showing a population density of 147,93 inhabitants per square kilometer. It rises 14 metres above the sea level.
