St. Jo Frontier ,Mark Twain Casino , andLakeside Casino .In May 2006
Sands Regent announced plans be acquired by Terrible Herbst Gaming. In January 2007, Herbst purchased four casinos including theRed Hawk Sports Bar ,Sands Regent andRail City Casino for $119 million.Herbst Gaming announced plans on
October 31 ,2006 to acquire most of the assets of thePrimm Valley Resorts fromMGM Mirage for $400 million. The purchase does not include thePrimm Valley Golf Club .
