Shakeeb Hamdard

Shakeeb Hamdard (PerB|شكیب همدرد), born as Ahmad Shakeeb, is a well-known singer of Afghanistan. He is of ethnic Hazara and currently continues his music career from Germany.

He contested among 1000 singers in the "Afghan Idol" competition where he showed his talent and won the first place. Tolo TV with financial support of Roshan held the competition and they have arranged the winner with his first album free. Shakib became famous for his song "Gul Dana Dana". Shakeeb has credited Amir Jan Sabori for helping him with the songs compisition and greatly respects Amir Jan Sabori and has said that Sabori is the best musician in Afghanistan at the moment.

Personal life

He lives at Canada, Hamilton, On. He has made many hit songs called Habbi bi Habbi bi. He was five years old when his parents died. He now lives alone he lived with his gradparents.
