Brian Andrew Fowler (born
September 13 ,1962 inChristchurch ) is a retiredcyclist fromNew Zealand , who represented his native country at four consecutiveSummer Olympics , starting in 1984. He collected four medals (three silvers, one gold) at theCommonwealth Games during his career.
