Harcharan Singh Balli

Harcharan Singh Balli is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who was Industries Minister in the Delhi state government of Madan Lal Khurana.

On April 11, 2007, the Supreme Court of India sentenced Balli to three months in jail after he confessed that last year he had indeed broken the seals of 22 shops, which were sealed on the court’s orders in west Delhi. [cite news
