- Fujiwara no Uona
Fujiwara no Uona (藤原魚名, 721–782 A.D.) was a member of the
Fujiwara clan in Japan and the foundingancestor of the northern branch of the Fujiwara. He was son ofFujiwara no Fusasaki (681 - 737). He occupied the position of "sadaijin " "Minister of the Left" in the ancient Japanese court.Japanese names that stem out from Fujiwara no Uona are Kondou, Shindou, Mutou, Bitou. More in number are Satou, Gotou, Katou, Saitou. Along with the names Hayashi, Togashi, Takeda, Kawai, Inazu, Yuuki, Matsuda, Sano, Hatano.
