Product

Hiring

Hiring is done on a continuous basis through web postings and presence at recruiting fairs. As a result of a policy aimed at highly qualified university graduates, the company largely consists of younger individuals early in their professional career.

Most new recruits are hired for the "International Management Trainee" program, which is a sales and management training position primarily involving phone acquisition of new clients and learning to lead teams. The job involves cold-calling and developing sales propositions for potential clients. Other regularly posted positions include "Source Engineer" and "Client Relations Trainee".
