"Tired of Waiting for You" was a hit 1965 rock song by the British Invasion band The Kinks. It reached #1 on the UK Singles Chart and #6 in the USA. It was recorded late August 1964 at Pye Studios (No. 2), London, with additional guitar overdub at IBC Studios, London in 29 December 1964, "Come On Now" was recorded 22 or 23 December, 1964 at Pye Studios (No. 2).

American punk group Green Day and country music singer Dwight Yoakam have both covered the song. The Green Day version can be found on the 1997 film Howard Stern's "Private Parts" soundtrack and their album "Shenanigans". The Dwight Yoakam version, in "Under the Covers". Also Suzi Quatro covered this song in her 1978 album "If You Knew Suzi".
