Joe Plummer is a percussionist from Toronto, Ontario. Plummer currently plays in the popular indie rock band Modest Mouse and performed on their latest album, "We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank". Plummer, before joining Modest Mouse, played with the indie rock bands The Black Heart Procession and The Magic Magicians.
