There are four rivers draining the county of
Kent ,England .River Medway
This is the main river, whose catchment area covers almost 25% of the county. The detailed map has a diagram of that catchment area, which includes its main tributaries: the rivers Eden, Bourne (or Shode), Teise, Beult, Loose and Len.

*The River Eden
*The River Bourne begins its course west of Oldbury Hill on theGreensand Ridge in the parish ofIghtham and enters the Medway upstream ofEast Peckham , nearTonbridge .
*TheRiver Teise (pronounced "tice" or "teeze") begins inDunorlan Park in Tunbridge Wells [http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm199899/cmselect/cmenvtra/477/477mem24.htm The source of the Teise. ¶13.] and flows eastwards throughLamberhurst , passing Bayham Abbey. Here the small River Bewl , on which is the reservoirBewl Water , joins the Teise. The Teise bifurcates 2km SW of Marden, the minor stream flows directly to Twyford Bridge, Yalding, while the major stream joins the River Beult at Hunton, 1.5km downstream from Yalding.
*TheRiver Beult (pronounced "belt") has its several sources west of Ashford, and then flows throughHeadcorn and where it is joined by the major stream of the Teise. The river enters the Medway atYalding .
*The River Loose is a relatively short river starting near Langley south east ofMaidstone running west through Loose and joining the Medway atTovil .
*The River Len has its source at a small watershed south ofLenham . A nearby stream is one of the sources of theGreat Stour . The Len flows in a westerly direction and joins the Medway atMaidstone .River Stour
Its catchment area covers the eastern part of Kent.

*River Wantsum - part of the old Wantsum Channel separating theIsle of Thanet from Kent.
*Whitewater Dyke - running fromShadoxhurst to Ashford
*Ruckinge Dyke - from north ofHamstreet to Ashford
*Aylesford Stream - its source is north ofSevington toWillesborough River Darent
