Sir Robert Clarke, 2nd Baronet (died November 1746) was a British politician and lawyer.
The son of the Sir Samuel Clarke, 1st Baronet and Mary Thompson, he was called to the Bar by Gray's Inn in 1701. In 1719, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy. Clarke was Member of Parliament (MP) for Cambridgeshire from 1717 to 1722.
Around 1712, he married Mary Barnardiston, daughter of Arthur Barnardiston. They had three sons, Samuel Clarke, Robert Clarke and Arthur Clarke.
