Hubert de Burgh (cricketer)

Hubert Henry de Burgh (born 16 February 1879 in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland; died 6 October 1960 in Naas [http://www.cricketarchive.co.uk/Archive/Players/13/13287/13287.html Cricket Archive profile] ] ) was an Irish cricketer. A right-handed batsman, he played just once for the Ireland cricket team [http://www.cricketeurope4.net/CSTATZ/irelandall/ire1538.htm CricketEurope Stats Zone profile] ] , a first-class match against Oxford University in June 1926. Earlier in his life, he played a first-class match in India for a "Europeans" team against a Hindus team in February 1906.
