Ph.D. , (bornNovember 12 ,1949 inZürich ,Switzerland ) is a Canadianconspiracy theorist ,author ,columnist , andinventor of the boardgame Scruples. As a baby, he moved with his family to Canada, settling in Ottawa. At the age of 11 he began to write thesyndicated advice-to-parents column "Ask Henry".
