Tom Roeser

Roeser is a former fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard [See [http://www.iop.harvard.edu/events_former_fellows.html list of former fellows] at the JFK School of government] , former vice president of Public Affairs at the Quaker Oats Company [See [http://www.lib.niu.edu/ipo/1980/ii801230.html See notice in Illinois Issues, 1980] ] , former Woodrow Wilson International Fellow at Princeton, and former Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at Roosevelt University, Chicago.
