Pan, Greece

Pan (Greek: Παν) is a Greek settlement located about 10 km WSW of Vytina, about 50 km WNW of Tripoli, about 60 km north of Megalopoli, east of Lagkada and about 90 km east of Pyrgos. Pan is linked with the GR-74 (Pyrgos - Tripoli). Pan had a population of 18 in 2001. Pan is also in the municipal district of Magouliana and in the municipality of Vytina. The highway was straightened and slightly expanded in the 1980s to promote traffic safety and a reduction on road curves.

Geography

Pan is located on a mountain slope and the valley. The mountains surround the area as well as its forests which covers the central part and in higher areas, grasslands and barren areas.
