Andrew William Gale (born 28 November 1983 in Dewsbury, Yorkshire) is a cricketer who plays for Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

He played for England Youth teams from U15 to U19. He made his debut as a left-handed batsman and occasional leg-break bowler for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 2004. In 9 first class matches, up to the end of 2006, he had scored 297 runs, with a best of 149 against Warwickshire in 2006, at an average of 18.56.

He was a more regular member of Yorkshire's one-day and Twenty20 sides and has played 6 one day internationals for England's Under 19s, captaining that team.

In November 2007, he signed a new three-year contract with Yorkshire, keeping him at the club until at least 2010.

He revealed on Sky Sports Twenty20 coverage, perhaps with a touch of sarcasm, that his favourite music is Simply Red, food is fish and chips, film is "Top Gun" and the person he'd most like to meet is former Huddersfield Town footballer Ronnie Jepson.
