Josias Manzanillo Adams (born October 16, 1967 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic), is a retired professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from by|1991-by|2004. On December 13, by|2007, Manzanillo was one of many athletes mentioned in the detailed Mitchell Report by Senator George Mitchell in which he was alleged to have used performance-enhancing drugs throughout his career. In this report, former major league clubhouse attendant, Kirk Radomski, claimed that Manzanillo was the only player he ever witnessed taking steroids. Ramdomski dealt steroids and HGH to tens if not hundreds of major league baseball players.

In by|1997, Manzanillo suffered a grisly injury while pitching for the Seattle Mariners. Not wearing a cup, he took a Manny Ramírez line drive to the groin that led to an operation to remove one of his testicles.
