Page Henry Belcher (1899-04-21—1980-08-02) was a Republican politician and a U.S. Congressman from Oklahoma.

Belcher was born in Jefferson, Oklahoma to George Harvey Belcher and Jessie (Ray) Belcher.cite web |title=Index to Politicians: Belcher |publisher=The Political Graveyard |url=http://politicalgraveyard.com/bio/belcher.html |accessdate=2007-03-27] He was educated at public schools in Oklahoma, then attended Friends University, a private non-denominational Christian university in Wichita, Kansas. From 1951 to 1953, Belcher was the last representative of Oklahoma's now-defunct 8th congressional district, then represented 1st congressional district until 1973.
