Legibility

Legibility is the degree at which glyphs and vocabulary are understandable or readable based on appearance.

Use of the word "legibility" may refer to:

* Typography, the shape, arrangement and formatting of type via hand, movable type, or software;
** Typesetting, the bargain and format of via movable type, word processing or desktop publishing software;
** Penmanship, the understanding and format of type by way of handwritten methods;
** Calligraphy, the shape, arrangement and format of hand written type with emphasis on aesthetics
