Hyundai Tau engine

The Tau is Hyundai Motor Company's newest V8 engine, replacing the Omega. It is reported to deliver an estimated convert|375|hp and convert|333|ft.lbf|N.m|abbr=on of torque -- on premium unleaded fuel -- at Auto L|4.6. News reports also suggest the engine might be produced in Auto L|5.0 and Auto L|5.5, with superchargers added to the latter engine. It will have 4 valves per cylinder with CVVT.
